The majority of the sapodilla we have during January are Alano and Morena. Alano has very smooth flesh that is very sweet tasting like brown sugar caramel with fruits typically weighing around half a pound. Morena is also an excellent tasting sapodilla with larger fruits typically weighing about 12oz.
